What Goes In... Never Comes Out

I worked in the Food Co-Op yesterday, stocking the shelves. I can't believe the stuff people eat ... and what quantity! Chemicals, genetically altered mutations, and processed-to-oblivion... it was frightening. It makes me wonder what real affect it all has, apart from satisfying temporarily hunger and causing obesity. Oh well. I'm off to set up for a recording on Sunday on campus. I've got a friend helping out. I've got to wake up first. Midterms this week. Chris is not ready. NCAA finals this weekend. This is not compatible with studying. Who will win?!?!?! Anne and the kids are making the rounds and I think are in Chicago today. Who knows? Theology kept me up too late last night.

The stuff in the food - they're "preservatives" - they preserve you. ;-)

I hope that if St. Paul's ever does another CD of the children's choir, that you get to do the audio. Those CD's are nice, but it sounds like the recording equipment is set up in the narthex or something, since the voices are so muffled.

May you be blessed with a clear head (or better yet, one filled with the correct information) for the midterms.
