Concordia's Lutheran Service Book
Concordia's Lutheran Service Book Concordia Publishing House has put up a nice video overview of the new "Lutheran Service Book". They have a brochure as well for those who wuld prefer print. I'm excited to have a hymnal combining the best elements from TLH, LW, and HS98. Our chapel services use the orders selected for this hymnal. A strong case is in made in the video for using the Pew Edition over printing full bulletins (even with their Service Builder electronic program.) This is a great thing to be hearing for continuity, consistency, and economics sake. (How much is your paper budget per year? Even a small congregation could buy 50 hymnals with the typical savings.) It's cheap enough for every household to use it for daily devotional life as well. Go through to the link for more.
