Ethan read to us tonight for devotions. He read John 1:1-4. He needed a bit of help with "beginning" but managed the rest. This was a first for us. Interesting thing was about two verses in, he asks "Is this creation?" Call in six year old intuition or the Holy Spirit... either way, he got it. I guess John isn't too "mystical" after all!
